All items are thoroughly packaged and insured so they reach you in pristine condition. Where possible, all orders will be dispatched by first class post within 7-10 days of payments being cleared by Google Wallet. We will inform you at the earliest opportunity if we expect delivery times to be longer for whatever reason.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 28 days for a full refund. Where possible, all refunds will be paid by Google Wallet within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Please ensure that all returns are suitably packed as we are unable to make refunds for any items damaged in transit.
